The binding agreement governing your use of ForgeAcademy and related services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and an independent individual developer trading under the name "ForgeStudio FX" ("we", "us"), governing your use of the ForgeAcademy mobile application and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
An account is optional — you can use ForgeAcademy without one. If you create an account to back up your progress, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
ForgeAcademy is free to use and supported by advertising. Every lesson is free, always. You may optionally take out a "Remove Ads" subscription to hide advertising; this is an optional convenience subscription and does not unlock any educational content.
The subscription is sold and billed by Google Play, which charges your Google account on a recurring basis until you cancel. We do not store credit card or bank details. Pricing, taxes, and automatic renewals are handled per Google Play's policies.
Cancellation: cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.
ForgeAcademy is an educational app. Its lessons, quizzes, glossary, and AI Tutor are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are NOT financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, fund manager, or investment adviser.
Trading foreign exchange, gold, and other margined financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Leveraged trading can result in losses greater than your initial deposit, up to and including the loss of all your capital.
Nothing in the Service — including any example, scenario, or AI Tutor answer — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. The AI Tutor can be incomplete or wrong; do not rely on it for real trading decisions.
You alone are responsible for any decision you make with your own money. Always consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction and only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and refusal of refunds. Severe violations may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.
The Service, including its curriculum, lessons, quizzes, source code, design, trademarks ("ForgeAcademy", "ForgeStudio FX", and related logos), and all content we provide, is owned by us (trading as ForgeStudio FX) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning.
The Service uses third-party providers for app-store payments, cloud hosting and authentication, AI processing, error monitoring, and advertising. Your use of these services through ForgeAcademy is also subject to their respective terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (trading as ForgeStudio FX) harmless from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at our reasonable discretion. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Account & sync → Delete Account, or simply by uninstalling the app. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted in good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active users by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
